Member Information Promotion Request Form To ensure transparency and fairness, the Chamber requires all promotional requests to be submitted through this form. Submissions must align with the Chamber’s mission of supporting economic development, business growth, or community involvement and meet professional standards. Each submission must include a high-quality image and a description of up to 300 characters. Links may be provided as hyperlinks or clickable buttons. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. The Economic Development Team will review submissions and respond within five business days. Approved content will be featured in the Friday e-blast under the "Member Highlights" section, which is limited to three slots per week on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions that do not align with the Chamber’s mission, lack widespread relevance, or fail to meet quality standards may be declined. In such cases, members will receive a polite explanation.
