More than 25 guests attended 1 Million Cups Wednesday morning at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce.
Local entrepreneurs Paola Cantu from MyReservs, an event planning platform and Valerie Katherine Bramble from Viva Kandle Bar, the Rio Grande Valley’s first custom candle bar, explained about their businesses and the challenges they have encountered.
During a Q&A session, the audience asks a million-dollar question: “What can we as a community do to help you?” During this time, presenters are given valuable feedback that can impact their business.
1 Million Cups is a national program that engages, educates and connects local entrepreneurs. Founded by the Kauffman Foundation, the program is based on the notion that entrepreneur’s network and discover solutions over a million cups of coffee.
