The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Texas A&M Master Naturalists has selected McAllen as its host city for its 24th Annual Meeting.
The October 2023 meeting is expected to draw over 500 visitors to the McAllen Convention Center that could generate an economic impact of over $350,000.
The Texas Master Naturalist Annual Meeting offers an opportunity for volunteers statewide to convene, engage in interactive educational workshops, and fulfill their Advanced Training obligations for the year, all within a single weekend. Additionally, it’s a platform for program participants and advocates to connect, exchange innovative concepts, and glean insights from chapters across various state regions.
Throughout the year, the McAllen Chamber’s Tourism Department ‘Convention & Visitors Bureau’ diligently facilitates conferences that attract participants from various industries. These conferences play a significant role in generating substantial revenue for our city.
