The McAllen Chamber of Commerce is hosting 1 Million Cups from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday April 12, 2023, at the McAllen Chamber.
Entrepreneurs, innovators, funders, and other interested community members are invited to the free monthly gathering organized by the chamber’s Economic Development department.
Guests can learn more about MyReservs, an event planning platform and Viva Kandle Bar, the Rio Grande Valley’s first custom candle bar with over 100 scents. The two early-stages businesses present their companies to an audience of mentors, advisers, and other entrepreneurs. Each founder presents for six minutes, followed by a 20-minute question-and-answer session with the audience.
1 Million Cups is a national program that engages, educates and connects local entrepreneurs. Founded by the Kauffman Foundation, the program is based on the notion that entrepreneur’s network and discover solutions over a million cups of coffee.
