The B.I.D. Academy, offered in partnership with Prairie View A&M University, is a free 8–9 session training program designed to help small businesses and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) successfully compete for and win government contracts. The curriculum provides hands-on instruction covering capacity building, marketing strategy, and the full proposal bidding process. Within the ITX framework, BID Academy supports both Phase 1 (Discovery) and Phase 2 (Incubation).
