What motivated you to start this business?
From the moment that we decided to bring my family to the United States, our goal was to be business owners. I owned a concrete block business in Monterrey, Mexico which as you can imagine can be a very messy business. Therefore, opening a less messy business was definitely on my mind. A little over 10 years after arriving in the United States and with the support of my family, I was able to reach my goal of being a business owner.
What is the history of your business?
Our location has been in business for over 18 years, but throughout the years our business has evolved. We have undergone a name change (from EmbroidMe to Fully Promoted), adding machinery, modifying systems, and adding more services. What has not changed over these years is that we are a friendly family-owned business run by Hector, Miguel and Eddie along with our dedicated and extraordinary employees.
What product/special services do you offer?
We are here to help our customer attract, retain, and engage with their customer and employees. We do this by sitting down and spending time with our customers to truly understand their needs and then utilizing branded apparel and other vast promotional products to meet their goals. We are not just an embroidery, screen printing, or promotional product shop. We are here to help you create experiences that will help you stand out from your competition.
What makes your business product/service standout from the rest?
One of our main highlights is that we focus on truly working to understand our customers’ needs and goals. We love our customers and our customers love us – as can be witnessed through our customer reviews on Google and social media. Aside that from that, we stand out because we are globally known but a locally owned company. Our customers benefit from us being part of a global franchise that is able to offer a vast number of options, special perks like free samples, fast turnaround time, discounts, and oversees connections. While we are globally known, we as local franchise owners, are always looking for ways to better serve our RGV community.
As a small business owner, what does business mean to you?
Small businesses are the driving force of our community, as it not only brings food to the table for business owners but also to the family members of our extraordinary employees who have decided to join us in our business. As a business owner, it means I am 100% responsible of the culture, values, goals, customer satisfaction, and how I want our business to impact our community.
Are you involved in any initiatives that give back to the community? If so, please elaborate.
As a family, we have been fortunate to be part of clean up days with Keep McAllen Beautiful, RGV Food Bank, March of Dimes along with our local church and team fundraisers.
